Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- If desired, add sliced onions and bell peppers on top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce in the crockpot.
Serving
- Serve on buns, over rice, or with your favorite sides.
