Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. If desired, add sliced onions and bell peppers on top.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the sauce in the crockpot.
Serving
  1. Serve on buns, over rice, or with your favorite sides.
