Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add olive oil and sausage slices. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  • Remove sausage and set aside.

Cooking

  • Add halved baby potatoes to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and tender.
  • Add the green beans to the skillet. Cover and steam for 5-6 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Return sausage to the skillet and toss everything together. Add butter if desired, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm.

Tips include using turkey sausage for a lighter option, substituting sweet potatoes, and fresh garlic/onion for stronger flavor. To avoid overcooking, keep an eye on the potatoes and green beans.
