Forming the Cheese Ball

  • Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap, spoon the cheese mixture onto the center, and gather the edges to form a ball.
  • Wrap tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.

Coating

  • Unwrap the cheese ball and gently roll it in the crushed pecans or walnuts, pressing lightly to ensure the nuts stick.

  • Insert the small pretzels into the top of the cheese ball to create antlers.
