Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sour cream, and softened butter until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the potato mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  • Flour your work surface and roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Cut into rounds or desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with beaten egg.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving
