Preparation

  • Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Once tender, drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking for about 5 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Pour in the cream and beef broth, stirring to combine and form a glossy sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve immediately, optionally garnished with additional peppers or onions.
