Preparation

  • Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and optional salt.
  • Divide the melted fudge into separate bowls and add gel food coloring to each, mixing well.
  • Alternate spoonfuls of each colored fudge into the prepared pan to create a marbled effect.
  • Swirl through the colored layers with a toothpick or knife.
  • Sprinkle with edible glitter or luster dust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Lift fudge from the pan and cut into squares.
