  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth any creases.
  3. Spread the pieces of brie evenly over the surface of the pastry.
  4. Scatter the fresh blackberries over the brie, then drizzle with honey.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch thick swirls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops of the swirls with the beaten egg.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and perfectly puffed.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
