Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth any creases.
- Spread the pieces of brie evenly over the surface of the pastry.
- Scatter the fresh blackberries over the brie, then drizzle with honey.
- Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick swirls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the swirls with the beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and perfectly puffed.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent experience. These swirls pair well with sparkling drinks at gatherings.
