  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower head, then cut it into uniform florets about 1-1.5 inches in size.
  • Pat the florets completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

Coating

  • In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until lightly coated.
  • Sprinkle the turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower.
  • Using clean hands, mix everything until the florets are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Cooking

  • Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even browning.
  • Check for doneness; it should be golden brown and crispy on the outside and fork-tender on the inside. Add 2-3 more minutes if needed.
