  • 1 cup broccoli florets Chopped into small bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For topping; can substitute with mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Low sodium recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.

Baking

  • Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add mozzarella cheese. Substitute veggies for personal preferences and consider adding cooked bacon or sausage for more protein. For heat, add red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
