Ingredients
  

For the shake base

  • 1 cup milk of choice Almond, soy, or regular cow's milk can be used.
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder Infuses the shake with rich chocolate flavor.
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt or 1 banana Use yogurt for creaminess or banana for natural sweetness.
  • to taste sweetener of choice Honey, agave, or stevia can be used.

Optional ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter Adds nutty flavor and healthy fats.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add cold ingredients to a blender.
  • Layer in the milk, chocolate protein powder, yogurt (or banana), sweetener, and peanut butter (if using).
  • Blend everything until smooth and thick.
  • Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra refreshing experience, chill your serving glass in the freezer before pouring in the shake. You can also enhance the shake with frozen fruits, spinach, or oats.
