Preparation

  • Lay out tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Spread a generous layer of sour cream on each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border.
  • Place a hearty handful of chopped lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add slices of cooked chicken down the middle of the lettuce.
  • Top with diced tomato and avocado.
  • Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the filling.
  • Lightly press down on the filling to compact the ingredients.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides midway.
  • Slice the wrap diagonally in half.
