Preparation

  • Start by shredding your cooked chicken, if it’s not ready yet. Gather all other ingredients to streamline the process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.

Assembly

  • Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it slightly off-center.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up, securing the filling inside.

Cooking

  • Optional: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Once cooked, slice each wrap in half diagonally, if desired. Serve while warm.

Notes
