  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend) Juicy and flavorful
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning For seasoning the beef
  • 4 tablespoons Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce Adds rich flavor
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced Cooks to tender perfection
  • 1 large onion, sliced Adds sweetness
  • 8 oz baby carrots For a delightful crunch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil To coat the vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese To melt on top before serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Tear off four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long.
  • In a large bowl, dice the potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
  • Cut the onion into thin slices and add it to the bowl with the potatoes along with the baby carrots.
  • Drizzle the vegetables with the olive oil and toss until everything is lightly coated.

Assembly

  • Divide the vegetable mixture evenly among the four foil sheets, placing them in the center of each piece.
  • Season the ground beef with the steak seasoning and form into 4 equal patties.
  • Place one beef patty atop the vegetables in each packet and drizzle with Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce.
  • Seal the packets tightly to trap in steam and flavors.

Cooking

  • Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until beef is cooked and vegetables are tender.
  • Open each packet carefully and top with shredded cheese, allowing it to melt for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize the recipe with different toppings or vegetables. Ensure packets are not overstuffed for even cooking.
