Preparation

  • Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove salmon from skillet and let it rest.
  • In the same skillet, add seasoned shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and tender.
  • Drain the boiled potatoes and mash with heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper to desired consistency.
