Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dill or parsley.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the seasoned salmon.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky and opaque.

Serving

  • Remove the salmon from the air fryer and plate it up. Serve hot with extra lemon wedges.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider marinating the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking. Check the thickness of fillets for cooking time adjustments.
